ICA20111 Certificate II in Information, Digital Media and Technology

This course provides the foundation skills and knowledge for people entering various areas of the work force with a specialization in using Information and Communication Technologies. It covers the basic setting up and use of computing equipment together with a range of software applications selected from word processing, spreadsheets, database, business graphics and illustrative graphics. It also provides students with a foundation for understanding Occupational Health & Saftey processes as well as sustable work practices pertaining to the ICT industry.
