Gain practical experience in our on-campus training restaurants where you will learn how to use commercial equipment and support live service. 


Graduates of this course will work in kitchen operations in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops, and undertake a limited range of food preparation and cookery tasks. This qualification does not provide the skills required by commercial cooks, which are covered in PGISIT30816 Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery.
