Graduates will work in kitchen operations in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs, caf├ęs, and coffee shops, and undertake a limited range of food preparation and cookery tasks. This qualification does not provide the skills required by commercial cooks, which are covered in PGISIT30816 Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery.
